This August, we gather at Pagir for two circles, one for women, one for men, each meeting what most of us were never given room to meet. A safe and brave space, trans-inclusive, open to all women-identifying and all men-identifying people.

We are beings of the earth, and embodiment is the most direct way to be fully present. Through somatic practice, expressive work, and group sharing, each circle creates the conditions to notice what you carry, allow it, and let it move as it naturally would. Not to fix it. Not to manage it. To be with it.You may choose to share, or you may simply sit and listen. Both are complete. What's shared here stays here.

The Anger She Never Spoke

A brave space for women to honour their anger Saturday, 8 August 2026, 5 to 8 PM

Repressed anger lives beneath the surface, trapped in the body, keeping us anxious, tight, and exhausted. We learn to manage it, push it down, make it small. But it doesn't go away.

This circle is an invitation to allow the anger to move as it wants to. Through movement and expression, using tools built specifically to hold anger safely, we give this energy a way out that doesn't harm you or anyone else.

This is sacred rage. It deserves to be expressed, not suppressed or judged. All of this held in the presence of other women doing the same. You will leave with a personal practice to continue the work.

The Grief He Never Felt

A safe space for men to make room for their grief Sunday, 9 August 2026, 5 to 8 PM

Boys are taught early that men don't cry. That grief is weakness, so it gets pushed down, carried alone, and never given anywhere to go. Over time, this suppression becomes the only way many men know how to be with loss.

This circle is an invitation to make space for what has been held back. Not to fix it or rush through it, but to let it be witnessed. There will be holding, there will be containment, a structure strong enough that grief can finally be felt without you having to manage it alone.

This is not weakness. It is what was always there, waiting for room. All of this held in the presence of other men doing the same, in brotherhood, not isolation. You will leave with a deeper relationship to your grief, and a personal practice to continue the work.
