நரம்பியல் வேறுபாடு கொண்ட திருநர் குரல்களையும், அதோடு இங்கு வரும் அனைத்து குரல்களையும் கேட்பதற்காகவும், அதை மனதால் புரிந்துகொள்வதற்காக மட்டுமல்லாமல் அந்த இணைப்பை உடலோடு உணர்வதற்காகவும் நாம் ஒன்று கூடுகிறோம்.

குரல் வட்டம், Kural Vattam, is a sharing and listening circle for trans folks and allies alike. Everyone who comes has space to share. Trans rights are human rights, women's rights, gay rights, climate justice, they are all connected, and when one thread is pulled, everything moves. This circle exists to hear Neuro-Trans voices and all voices, and to feel that connection in the body, not just understand it in the mind. It is also an act of community building, a small seed sown toward something larger, a village that takes care of its own.
You are welcome, all of you. You may speak, share, or choose not to. We enter together with shared agreements, confidentiality, presence, and respect for time and for each other.Expect a space built on sharing and listening, without fixing, without advising, without judgement. What happens here stays here, what's learnt here leaves here. What you say is simply received. There is room for embodiment, for feeling things in the body rather than only thinking about them, and space for art as another way to express what words may not reach. There will be quiet, there will be things that are hard to say, and there will be room to feel what comes up in your own time.
This circle is offered as a gift culture. You're welcome to contribute any amount that feels right to you, this helps us continue holding these circles.

Meet the Facilitators
Lakshmi Gunasekar (they/them)
Lakshmi is a somatic facilitator, Psychic Medium, and Archetypal Tarot Reader, and the founder of Holy Interbeings. Tamil, Dravidian, and Avarna, their work moves through moon circles, somatic practice, and community gatherings that hold healing, justice, and the unseen as one thread. They approach listening circles as sacred technology, spaces where presence itself is the medicine.
Sitara Pendyala (they/them/theirs)
Sitara is a neurodivergent trans mental health professional, somatic coach, and clinical social worker with twelve years of international experience in mental health care. A Brainspotting trained trauma practitioner, they have spent years advocating for trans children through their transitions, designing programming for trans youth, and offering therapy to unhoused trans young adults. Sitara founded Ember Root Collective, a grassroots neuro trans health initiative redistributing care and resources within our community.
